SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the EU. International shipping may take longer.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package in real-time.
International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of coffee products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages or perishable items.
